Extremely comfortable bed, good clean facilities, very friendly and accommodating staff. The inclusion of a frequent shuttlebus to downtown is a big bonus, negating any consideration for finding a parking spot. I would suggest this could possibly be slightly improved with a drop-off / pick-up by the cliff walk.

The pool, the food, the layout design of the exterior. We loved the outside bar area as well. Loved the layout of the room!! Loved the value.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean and spacious. Location was great for the Easton/Second beaches. We didn't use the shuttle service to downtown this stay, but I love that it's an option and we've used it previously. Upon check-in, a staff member was super helpful with a bell cart and getting our luggage up to our room, which was super helpful with a baby in tow. Bar area is nice.

We were in the area for our granddaughter’s graduation from Naval Officer Candidate School. The hotel location was great for getting to the Navy Base, restaurants, stores, and tourist sites. The property was clean, spacious, plenty of free parking, had a nice restaurant available for breakfast, etc, and the staff were friendly. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night.

Location to downtown Newport is great. The hotel is very clean, well staffed and very pleasant. The shuttle to and from the hotel to downtown was awesome and the gentleman who drove us was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond pointing out historic places. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and will continue to stay

Room was clean and very spacious! Complimentary water bottles every day were a plus. The bed was comfortable but did have some bunching from an underlying mattress pad that I couldn't fix.

5 minutes from downtown Newport, shuttle drops you off and picks you up so we never had to pay for parking downtown Thames Street. Beautiful property with fire pit and outdoor patio/bar. Kids loved the indoor pool.
